3. USER CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CONTENT YOU UPLOAD TO THE SERVICE.

This includes PDFs, images, text, and audio recordings. SoniqPen Studio does not monitor, pre-screen, or endorse user-uploaded content. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and process the content.
• The content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

SoniqPen Studio assumes no liability for any copyright infringement or other legal issues arising from the content you upload.

6. Distribution, Organizations, and Library

SoniqPen Studio enables the creation of interactive digital project files ("Projects" or "Packs"), defined as any data or content that enables interactive playback with compatible devices. This includes, but is not limited to, project data, audio files, graphics, PDFs, and any other digital files associated with a Project.

Organizations and Access

Projects are created and managed within SoniqPen organizations (such as Family or School accounts). Access is limited to members explicitly invited by other members of that organization through the Service. Members may view or edit Projects based on assigned permissions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring that access to Projects is limited to members of your organization.

Library

SoniqPen provides a marketplace ("Library") where users can publish Projects as Packs, making them available to other users, either free or paid, at the creator’s choice.

Once a Project is published as a Pack, it can be accessed by other users through the Library. Links to Packs may be freely shared. Free Packs can be accessed by any user at no cost through the Library.

No commission is charged for free Packs. For paid Packs, SoniqPen charges a commission on each transaction. Commission rates, payment terms, and payout conditions may be defined and updated separately.

Digital Distribution

Distribution of Projects outside your organization is permitted only through the SoniqPen Library.

You may not share, transfer, sublicense, sell, or otherwise make Projects or any associated digital files (including PDFs, audio files, graphics, project data, or pen configuration files) available outside the SoniqPen platform, whether for free or for commercial purposes.

Printed Materials

You may print and distribute physical materials generated from your Projects in unlimited quantities, including for personal, educational, or commercial use.

Printed materials may include references or links to Packs in the SoniqPen Library. To enable proper use, include a link to the corresponding Pack so users can download it from the Library, where it is configured for their printer and device.

Content Reuse

Projects published in the Library may not be copied, modified, or republished by other users unless explicitly permitted by the original creator. To obtain editable access, you must contact the creator, who may choose to provide a copy of the Project to your organization through the SoniqPen platform.
